  •  Bathroom Accessories – Wall Mixture, Tap, One Peace & EWC, Health Faucet, Wash
    Basin with accessories, Overhead Shower.

  •  Master Bathroom Accessories – Wall Mount concelled & Seat, Wall Mixture, Tap, Soap
    Dispenser , towel rod, cloth hanger, corner set, Health Faucet, Wash Basin With

  •  1 washbasin will be provided in dining area with accessories like 1 washbasin mixer, 1

Flooring

  • Floor – Tiles of value 2X4. (40/- per sqft.)
  •  Scarting – 4 to 4.5 inch

  •  Staircase Flooring Granite 80 sqft and Tiles 450 Per Box.
  • Parking Tiles – upto 250- per box.

Painting

  • Interior Painting – Asian Putty , Birlla hill Putty + Primer + Tractor Emulsion or equivalent.

Architectural details and extra charges:

  • Circular/ helical staircase will be charged extra @ Rs 650/sqft
  •  Tapered roof area will be charged at Rs 200/sqft (If any special design)
  • Elevations with CNC cutting jalli/ RCC pergolas/ MS pergolas will be charged extra
  • Concelled Light or cop light, Fan, Jhumer Landscaping, Chimney Stove geazer, will be
    charged extra
  • Compound wall will be charged additional @ Rs1000/Rft based on foundation
    depth/height
  •  All plumbing and electrical work will be done as per the drawing given by the Architect.
  •  Underground Sump – 4000 liters ( Depend on Space) 900 sq ft
  •  Architect drawings to be provided in stages to the contracting company during
    construction, which will be a base line for design, material and finishing specifications.
  • Any other specifications not exclusively mentioned here means it is additional cost
